Strengths changes in population do not have an effect on our business . Minority Services will grade companies even as a hired company we will rank the expectations of our employers against potential new clients and old clients who we have successfully performed for. We are capable of hiring additional   staff to achieve satisfaction.  Minority Services will be involved in expansion services and provide ratings of rank for interactions with your company at the smallest level monitoring importance and correlating relevance of work. Minority Services will have an awareness of the law and will also establish corporate law oriented relations in the community and nationally to have effect on design of new laws. Threats: Some companies may want seasoned veterans or experts regarding fulfilling their needs or company goals. Minority Services offers innovation and is Vision oriented to produce results based on strategies that involve the future.  Governmental agencies or sometimes non-profit organizations may feel they are able to cater to clients’ needs more effectively. Threats will be reduced by recognizing the true efficiency of government as it pertains to business as well as identifying weakness of government to show more powerful demonstrations as the result of influential business spheres.

Planned Responses: Overcoming challenges is possible through identifying the weakness of corporate interactions. Minority Services will suggest terminating relationships that are inferior or disruptive to profit driven goals. We also will create analysis that shows strengths other companies possess that can prove to be significant to form alliances with for the cultivation of new business.
